In 1993 she moved to Ratanakiri for working with the department of information and department of the rural development in Banlung, Ratanakiri. She has had good cooperation with the governmental institutions and the communities in Ratanakiri.
She also had the work experience as an accounting of the programs.
From 2013, Mol Nathaly works as a Country Director of Caramanico Foundation in Cambodia (C.F.C.). The role of the Country Director, she needs to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

is married and has five children and now she lives in Banlung.
In 1990, she left for a new position as French teacher. She undertook a 45 day long course of pedagogy sponsored by the French Embassy. After the course, she was assigned work at the French School “Alliance Frençaise” where she taught students the French tekst book “Nouveau Sans Frontiere”.
In 1995, she moved to Ratanakiri where she got job with UNDP, ADB, ILO, CARE, and WAFC/JRFC.
2013, she has joined the Rural School Projects as a Program Coordinator of Caramanico Foundation in Cambodia (CFC).
The role of the Program Coordinator, is to coordinate, participate and facilitate the projects when needed. This includes conducting training and the local capacity building for the students and the teachers in order to make sure that the people understand the goals of the organization, CFC. Since 2012 she has involved in the Science, Techology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Program in partnership with the Villanova University having good cooperation with the ministry of education, youth, and sport.

a teacher who is responsible at the Kindergarten class. Her students are in five years old. She has also an aid-teacher who involve in helping the activities in the class. Sokhem is a local people from the Koun Mom district. She is a popular teacher and love very much all students.

is a teacher who is the principal at the Sangkoum Meanchey Pre-School and she also teaches one class of the Pre-School high level. She has an aid-teacher who helps Kimhoun to do the activities in the class. Kimhoun love all students.
Porn Kimhoun
she is the official Pre-School teacher who was trained at the Pedagogy Training School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Chanly loves so much the small kids at the Pre-School, CPSK. She has an aid-teacher who helps to implement the school activities, such as the breakfast, hands washing, etc.
